was held on January 20th at 7:00PM Participants:

Campout presentation for February campout by Shark patrol Max
Bathman presented the February campout. This
is the pre-camporee campout -- Scouts will practice their scout skills and
host visiting Webelos. Competitions
will be around:
Fire building, knot tying, 1st Aid, Physical fitness,
orienteering, Lashing. (Use of an Axe on Sunday w/ Scouts only.) Common
Dinner for all the campout participants, Items
that Webelos should bring for day camp:
Flash lights, sack lunch (troop provides dinner),
Rain gear/Pancho, Water bottle, hat,
Coats
We will have coolers for Webelos lunches. Jesse
is recruiting from Troop OA members to help staff Building
a camp entrance for Troop 81 banner. Carry
the Herrin created T81 signs to mark the trail to our campsite. Patrols
need skits; Invite the Webelos patrols to do skits in information handout.

The plan was presented. The campout will be
at James Ray Scout Reservation on March 18-20th.
The theme of this year's camporee is "Into the Woods". 1.

campout location is Cross Timbers area.

She is seeking one adult from each merit badge class that was taught 7.

Reviewed May's report and approved except for a change

There is a opportunity for scholarships to Sea Base from the BSA.

The campout's theme is Fall camping.
Activities include camping, hiking, fire starting,
water relay, cobbler competition, Dutch oven cooking, Fishing

Feedback from PLC is that scouts liked horsemanship activity.
29 scouts finished the merit badge.
Didn't like the camping site (too
close to highway).
Wanted to ride the horses more - in the future a trail ride would be
better.
Wilderness survival campout - Three scouts finished the merit badge
(Joseph Corcoran, Mark Liners, Zack Pitts).
Crowley Service project
Jack Benavides finished service for 50 miler
Nick Montgomery finished service for 50 miler
Nathan Chase lacks one hour for 50 miler 2.

$1420 paid last week for 2nd payment to Lexington.

Had a pot luck dinner with the Cub Scout leaders.
Was a good chance to describe the transition to scouting
