January Campout - Camp Meisenbach (Ram's Bluff Campsite)

    Backpacking preparation - Break into patrols based on
            whether person is backpacking or not.

        Two patrols for backpackers
        Two patrols for non-backpackers

    Cost is about $16 plus grub money.

    Friday: setup a base camp.
    Saturday: is an 8 mile hike.
    Sunday AM: is a 2 mile hike back.

    Shake down?  -- Get the scouts that went to
        Philmont to do the shake down.
    Passing out the form on Jan 3, 2004.

Having the video viewing on Feb 28th.
Seventh graders will be going to visit the City Council on January 24th.
(Richardson City Council meets on 2nd and 4th Monday's of the Month.)

Next Court of Honor is Feb 14th.

Those scouts that might have missed Personal Fitness test
and are going to Winter Camp look for help from the Adults there.

Need some assistant councilors for the following Merit Badges:
    Cit in Comm -- Jan and Feb  --- taught to 7th Graders
         (Dave Knust is current lead)
    Cit in Nation -- Jan and Feb --- taught to 8th Graders
         (Carter Hampton and Cindy McCarthy are current leads)
