Meetings - Bob Centola Bonnie would like to have a merit badge make up class on Monday night after the April campout (April 18th). She is seeking one adult from each merit badge class that was taught this past year for that night to sign off requirements demonstrated as completed. Scouts will have to do the required work before hand. 7. Leadership - Rick Montgomery District level leadership training is coming up on April 23-24th. New SPL will be in charge of June planning meeting. There was a comment that some scouts are not doing a good job keeping tracking charts of the work they complete in their leadership positions. The grey notebook describes the process and has a tracking chart that can be copied for use by scouts. There was a suggestion to have parent’s meeting for going over the Grey notebook. If your scout would like to participate, please let Brian Moore know soon. Mr. Moore needs to complete our enrollment before March 31st. Troop 81 will be entering the lottery for Northern Tier 2006 soon. Interested scouts let Dennis McCarthy know soon. Dan Lassiter has suggested we combine two of our smaller patrols; they usually camp together anyway. Gale and Brian will be working the details. Our sponsor church (RBF) has us to perform a service project on April 23rd. This is to do a setup for a ground's visitation on April 23rd and probably a take down on April 24th. Bonnie will find out more details. Brian has some ideas on how to organize the band students into a working force or an active force into the troop. He will develop his ideas and send a follow-up email.
